4. SMS & Communication Compliance

Customers using our SMS, voice, or communication infrastructure are solely responsible for ensuring that their campaigns comply with the laws and regulations of the destination country, including consent requirements, sender identification rules, and content restrictions.

5. Account & Security

If you are provided with access credentials, API keys, or administrative accounts, you are responsible for maintaining their confidentiality and for all activities performed under your account. Yexgrow will not be liable for unauthorized use resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

6. Payments & Billing

• All services are billed according to the agreed quotation, invoice, or service contract.
• Payments must be made within the due date specified on the invoice.
• Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.
• Setup fees, development charges, and prepaid communication credits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, software, graphics, trademarks, logos, and technology used on this website remain the property of Yexgrow Technologies Pvt Ltd unless otherwise stated. Clients retain ownership of materials they provide, while custom-developed deliverables may be subject to separate contractual ownership terms.

8. Service Availability
